Celebrating 50 years of Australian manufacturing and supporting the next generation of Australian talent.

Jackson Macdonald Racing is proud to announce a partnership with Spa Electrics for Jackson Macdonald’s Japan–Sepang–Japan international racing tour.

The partnership builds on an existing relationship, with Spa Electrics having previously supported Jackson’s journey. We’re delighted to continue that relationship as Jackson prepares for an important period of international competition and development.

The announcement comes as Spa Electrics celebrates 50 years of Australian manufacturing.

Established in Melbourne in 1976, Spa Electrics is a family-owned Australian manufacturer and market leader in innovative underwater LED lighting for swimming pools and spas. With products proudly designed and manufactured in Australia and sold worldwide, Spa Electrics has built a reputation for quality, innovation and reliability over five decades.

Spa Electrics understands the ambition and determination required to pursue opportunities on the international stage and has continued to follow Jackson’s progress over the years.

“As Spa Electrics celebrates 50 years of Australian manufacturing, we're proud to continue supporting the next generation of Australian talent. We understand the ambition and determination it takes to reach the international stage, and it's been incredible watching Jackson's progress over the years. We're excited to continue supporting him as he embarks on this next chapter.” Jessica Rust - Global Marketing Manager, Spa Electrics

The upcoming tour brings together three important opportunities in Jackson’s international racing pathway:

24–25 October 2026 | Suzuka, Japan - All Japan Road Race Championship, J-GP3 Class

27–28 October 2026 | Sepang, Malaysia - 2027 Moto4 Asia Cup Selection Event

7–8 November 2026 | Suzuka, Japan - Suzuka Sunday Series Finale, J-GP3 International Class

The tour represents a demanding period of travel, preparation and competition, with each event providing valuable experience as Jackson continues to develop as a young Australian racer.

For Jackson Macdonald Racing, partnerships are about the relationships that help make opportunities possible. They recognise the work behind a young athlete’s development and provide a way for businesses to be part of a journey that extends beyond individual race results.

We are incredibly grateful to Spa Electrics for their continued support and proud to work alongside an Australian family-owned business celebrating such a significant milestone in its own story.

Thank you to the Spa Electrics team for being part of Jackson’s next chapter.
