Junior Moto4(150)/Prod 150/GP85
š Qualified on pole for the GP85 improving on his PB with a 1:58.638 - achieving a new pole record and just shy of a new lap record.
š„Race 1 with a gearbox issue and no top gear, Jackson adapted to hold position. An incident in turn one saw Jackson hit the oil and crash. He came away uninjured, with only superficial damage. The race was declared with Jackson in second place track position and leading the 85cc class. The decision was made to retire the bike for the weekend.
It was a privilege for Jackson to be racing with two highly accomplished international racers; the learning for Jackson was invaluable and a great way to kick-start his international Moto4 (NSF250) racing journey.
Huge thanks to Christopher Panayi for his expertise and assistance for Jackson and Glenn this weekend and to our supporters at the track and from afar for the encouragement. šš»
